Shipping + Returns
 

I will aim to pack and ship your order within 3 working days and will let you know once the package has been posted. There is a standard charge of £2.99 for postage and packaging.

I only use recyclable, recycled and compostable packaging for all orders.

Please note that for safety reasons it is not possible for earrings to be returned.

I put a lot of care into making and packing your order. If however the item you received was faulty - please get in touch and I will issue you with a refund or an exchange - depending on your preference.

Polymer clay is strong, light and durable within reason. It will bring you joy for many days and nights.
